Since I wrote for my last service I have been pretty much doing my same deeds. I am still helping at the studio, to add on for what I do at the studio, on Tuesdays I stay an extra 2 hours to help two different classes. Helping at home I have been doing lots of chores and now with our Memorial day party on Sunday there is a bunch of setting up that I am helping with. I've also helped at school, the track team and I put up the tent in front of the school and moved chairs from outside to back inside of the school.

For my service I want to help my aunt at work for two days. I cleaned up after each client and I learned how to blow dry and wash hair. I have been helping at dance on Mondays and Thursdays and now take 2 extra classes on Tuesdays to help assist. I do work around the house, my sister cam back from college so I helped he unpack and put her things back. I have done the laundry a couple times to help my mom and help my dad cook.
During winter break I was home, I was able to have the time to clean up around the house to help my parents and watch my brother on the days he had off. I had my friends over one day and cleaned up the house after so it looked like no one was over and my parents were so happy to come home to a clean house. I also went to dance and helped with the 2 classes on Mondays and Thursdays.
For my day of service I did a couple of small things to help people and give back. I cleaned around my house and was able to make chocolate covered strawberries and pretzels for my family and friends. My dad was working, so when he would stop by the house I would bring him out food and water. I also went to dance for an hour and helped a little kids class. I used my Core Values in many ways with giving back to people who help me a lot and being compassionate about dance so I can help younger kids.
From the last time I did a service blog until now I have been doing pretty much the same, but a little more constantly. I still am helping at dance with assisting the two classes on Monday and Thursdays. I am using compassion when assisting classes. I love dancing so teaching little kids something that I love to do makes me so happy. I am helping my parents with anything they need. I take the garbage out, I helped shovel, and watch my brother when no one is able too.
Over the past weeks I still have been helping out at dance and helping my parents. Especially, now with Christmas coming both my parents are super busy decorating, making cookie dough, and work. At school we had a dress down day this past Friday and the money went to help the school. I brought in a game for the toy drive to help make things more fun for kids who are in the hospital. Overall I have done a lot to help and I hope people appreciate it and I hope to inspire others to help too.
Over the past month I helped my parents, helped at dance, brought socks for school and brought in money for the dress down day to help a class.
I try to help my parents around the house; examples cleaning up and helping my brother. I think my parents are appreciated about me helping them. I will be helping at dance this year. I have 2 classes one class is ages 7-9 and the other is ages 2.5-3. I think it is so fun helping out at dance. Its cool to think I was in the same spot as them when I was there age. I brought in a bag of socks for people who need and money to help one of the IC class. During the summer I watched my younger brother while my parents were working. My parents felt grateful that I was able to help them and they were happy that me and my brother were spending time together. During the school year (for this year) on Mondays and Thursdays I assist dance classes. On Mondays I help an acro class from ages 7-9 for an hour and Thursday I help 2.5-3 year olds for 45 minutes. The Monday class has a lot of kids and the teacher needed an extra pair of hands, so I was happy to help her and help the kids have a better class. Thursday's class the teacher said that the kids are a handful and she can't do it by herself. We both want the kids to have fun and get used to the environment of dancing.
On October 6, 2021, I and 10 other people were able to go The Peoples Pantry in Elmwood Park. They had a huge variety of different foods and everyday items people may need. They had cans on two tables all mixed up, we put them in piles then we put them in buckets to bring to the pantry. We did a lot pretty fast and I was so happy to help people and their families.
